The box arrived in good shape, which mattered most to me. It did show up a day later than expected, but I’d still consider the delivery quick overall.

Umm, the bass actually sounds nice in my room. It hits well most of the time, though it can feel a little soft here and there.

I got these from EPOS mostly because of how they were supposed to sound, but I have to say they look great too. I wasn’t totally sure how they’d fit with everything else, but they kind of just work in the room. Simple, clean, not too showy. Once I put them on the stands, I was pleased with the whole setup.

Really clear and balanced sound. Nice amount of detail without getting harsh, and the bass feels tight instead of boomy. Been using them for music and everyday listening, and really happy with the sound overall.

I plugged it in and my old amp seemed to get along with it just fine. the only annoying part was my timing, I probably should’ve picked it up sooner instead of messing around with other options first.

I ordered from epos-loudspeakers.com last week, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site was easy enough to get around, and I found the speakers I wanted without wasting much time, which I always appreciate.
The checkout process was straightforward, although I did pause to double-check the delivery details because they weren’t as clear as they could’ve been at first. Payment went through without any issue, and the confirmation email came through quickly, so that part felt reliable.
I’d say it’s a good value experience overall, especially if you already know what you’re looking for. The only thing holding it back from being excellent is that the mobile site could load a bit faster, but aside from that, I’d be happy to use them again...

I’ve had my EPOS speakers for around a while now, and they’ve just done their job without giving me anything to complain about. No crackling, no loose bits, and no weird dropouts so far.
I use them about most days too, so they’re not just sitting around looking nice. They’ve held up really well, and I’m happy with how reliable they’ve been.

I’ll give these speakers credit where it’s due, they do feel fairly sturdy, and the cabinet doesn’t come off as cheap or flimsy. But the build quality lands around 3 stars for me. It’s one of those things where everything looks fine at first, then you notice the little details: the finish could be cleaner, the fittings could be tidier, and suddenly the magic starts to fade. They’re definitely okay for everyday use, but I was expecting a bit more polish and care. Not a disaster by any means, just not the glorious build I had pictured in my head...

Really happy with these Epos speakers. Sound clean and punchy for the price, better than expected.

I ordered these through EPOS and getting them set up was mostly straightforward. The guide was decent, though I did have to fiddle with the wires for a minute before everything clicked. Once it was all connected, the sound came through quickly, i was quietly impressed

The customer service was okay, not terrible, but not exactly great either. I did get a reply to my question, and the answer ended up helping, which I appreciated. But the wait made me feel a bit unsure and frustrated because I didn’t know if anyone was actually looking into it. If they could send updates a little faster, I think the whole experience would feel a lot more reassuring.
